We ship worldwide. Please read our delivery times carefully before ordering.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
United States
Standard shipping: 8–15 business days. Express shipping (where available): 5–8 business days.
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard shipping: 10–18 business days.
Rest of world
Standard shipping: 12–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs processing times.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package at sovly.com/track or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Sōvly has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or stolen packages
Sōvly is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office first, then email us at support@sovly.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Shipping delays
Occasionally, delivery times may be longer due to high shipping volumes, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
